Full Journal pdf2003-05-09 House Journal Page 1499 HB 205 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 205 "An Act relating to service in the peace corps as an allowable absence from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends and to the period for filing an application for a permanent fund dividend; authorizing the Department of Revenue to issue administrative orders imposing sanctions for certain misrepresentations or other actions concerning eligibility for a permanent fund dividend and providing for administrative appeal of those orders; and providing for an effective date." 2003-05-09 House Journal Page 1500 with the: Journal Page STA RPT 4DP 1DNP 2NR 765 FN1: (REV) 766 FIN RPT 7DP 2NR 1451 FN2: ZERO(REV) 1452 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 205 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 205 was read the third time. Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall HB 205 pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Weyhrauch later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 205, and the reconsideration was taken up then.
